Job Description

Janitorial Shine Technician I

LOCATION: ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL

Mon-Fri, 6:00-9:00pm

​

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Knowledge of general cleaning, AND/OR hard floor care, carpet care.

• Driving record with no major offenses.

• Must own a vehicle in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

General cleaning, including, but not limited to:

1. Trash removal 5. Vacuuming floors

2. Cleaning bathrooms 6. Dusting

3. Cleaning break rooms 7. Cleaning offices

4. Sweeping and mopping 8. Cleaning glass panes

​

Specific duties may vary depending on the “List of Specifications” required by the client at each

location. Must be able to complete work to standards. Being at work on scheduled days and

times are of utmost importance.

We will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and proper use of chemicals

and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to

follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined. Spotlight Cleaning Service is a second
