It Begins with Training and Precision — Spotlight Cleaning crews go through a comprehensive special services training program in order to hone their special services skills. Nothing is left to chance when it comes to handling your special requirements.
 
We Operate Safely and Securely — All Spotlight Cleaning crews receive five weeks of intensive training, the most comprehensive training in the industry.

  
STAFF
We understand the importance of integrity with any business, but especially when utilizing a cleaning service. That's why we have taken every possible precaution to ensure your security and to make you feel at home with our service. All employees must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Pre-employment drug tests, criminal background checks, and reference checks are done on all employees. We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate against veterans or ex-offenders. While on duty, all employees must wear identifiable Spotlight Cleaning Service uniforms.
